Cancellation & Modification Window

• Timeframe: You may cancel or change your order within 4 hours of purchase.
• After 4 hours, orders typically enter our fulfillment process and cannot be altered or cancelled.

How to Request a Cancellation or Change

Contact us immediately—before the 4‑hour window closes—by either:

Please include your order number, name on the order, and the specific change or cancellation request in your message.

Address Accuracy

Before submitting your order, double‑check that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Cracksetup is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

After the 4‑Hour Window

Once the 4‑hour cancellation window has passed, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for next steps.
