If you believe content on Cracksetup infringes your intellectual property rights, submit a Notice and Takedown Report via email to [email protected] with the subject line “TAKEDOWN REPORT.”

Your report must include:

• Identification of Infringing Content: Direct URL(s) to the specific content.
• Proof of Ownership: Documentation demonstrating your legal right (e.g., registration certificates, website links).
• Contact Information: Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
• Good‑Faith Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized.
• Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Review & Response Process

Within 5 business days of receipt, we will:

1. Acknowledge receipt of your report.
2. Investigate to verify the claim’s validity.
3. Remove or disable access to infringing content if warranted.
4. Notify you of actions taken.

If you disagree with a removal decision, you may submit a counter‑notice in compliance with U.S. Copyright law.
