Order Exchanges

Before finalizing your purchase, please review your order details—such as size, design, and quantity—carefully. We cannot process exchanges for errors in these selections. However, you have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and then submit a new order with the correct details. If you need assistance, please contact our support team.


Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Orders canceled after 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value, as they may have already entered processing.
  • To cancel an order, please reach out via email.

Returns and Refunds

  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 180 days of delivery. After this period, the order is considered final, and refunds will not be issued.
  • Eligible Returns:
    • Items arriving damaged or broken
    • Products that differ in design, size, or material from what was ordered
    • Incorrect items received
    • Significant deviations from the product description
  • Ineligible Returns:
    • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
    • Defective items not attributable to our oversight
    • Items missing original tags
    • Items with minor, fixable thread issues
  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Refund Claim Requirements

When submitting a refund claim, please include:

  • A copy of your shipping label or receipt
  • Proof of purchase
  • Evidence of defects (photos or detailed description)
  • Any relevant communications, such as email screenshots

Return and Refund Process

  2. Review: We will respond within 2–3 business days to assess your eligibility.
  3. Shipping Instructions: Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the return address. Do not send your package until you receive this confirmation. Please include the carrier’s tracking number when you ship your item.
  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except when returning items that are damaged or defective.
  5. Refund Processing: Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will include the original shipping costs.

  • Our refund policy is valid for returns made within 180 days from the delivery date.
  • We are not liable for any damages or losses that occur during the return shipping process.
  • For issues with ineligible requests or lost returns, customers are responsible for resolving the matter independently.
