Order Processing

  • Orders are processed once payment is accepted.
  • Business days are Monday–Friday (Eastern Standard Time), excluding U.S. Post Office holidays (New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).
  • Cut‑off time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York). Orders placed after cut‑off or on non‑business days will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking notification 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Allow 3–7 days for carriers to scan packages into their systems. Tracking details update once scanned.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • International destinations

Incorrect Address Policy

Please verify your shipping address before checkout. Errors may delay delivery. Cracksetup is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or returned to sender due to inaccurate address information. Returned orders are disposed of by our shipping partners; a reshipment fee will apply if you request redelivery.


Customized Orders

Personalized or modified items may require additional production time. Delivery estimates above do not include customization lead time.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your order leaves our warehouse, Cracksetup is not liable for loss, theft, or damage unless covered by the carrier’s insurance. If you request forwarding or redirection, any resulting loss or damage is your responsibility.
