9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good‑faith negotiations for 60 days. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in New York, New York, under the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Arbitration Rules, with a single arbitrator and English as the language of proceedings. Class actions are prohibited.

11. Corrections

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without notice.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CRACKSETUP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.
