Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted on non‑sale items within 180 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition: unwashed, unworn, with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Personalized/custom orders, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team via the Contact Us page or email [email protected] within 180 days of receipt.
  2. Provide:
    • Order number & name on order
    • Detailed description of the issue
    • Clear photos illustrating the defect or damage
    • Preference for a replacement or refund

You’ll receive an email with an approved return address and next steps within 1–2 business days.


Return Shipping

  • Free returns for damaged or defective products (return shipping cost = $0.00).
  • For all other eligible returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
  • Ship returns via a trackable carrier and retain your tracking number.

Returns Procedure

  1. Print your purchase confirmation email and include it in the return package.
  2. Ship the package to the approved return address provided by support.
  3. Email us your tracking number once the package is sent.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email notification confirming approval or denial.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • If you requested a replacement, we’ll ship the new item within 3 business days of approval.

Exceptions & Non‑Returnable Items

  • Personalized/custom orders (unless defective)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Incorrect Returns

  • Returns sent without prior authorization, or to an incorrect address, will not be accepted.
  • Returned items received in unacceptable condition (used, washed, missing tags) will be denied and disposed of; no refund issued.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Return Packages

Cracksetup is not responsible for return shipments lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance.
