Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted on non‑sale items within 180 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original condition: unwashed, unworn, with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Personalized/custom orders, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team via the Contact Us page or email [email protected] within 180 days of receipt.
- Provide:
- Order number & name on order
- Detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos illustrating the defect or damage
- Preference for a replacement or refund
You’ll receive an email with an approved return address and next steps within 1–2 business days.
Return Shipping
- Free returns for damaged or defective products (return shipping cost = $0.00).
- For all other eligible returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
- Ship returns via a trackable carrier and retain your tracking number.
Returns Procedure
- Print your purchase confirmation email and include it in the return package.
- Ship the package to the approved return address provided by support.
- Email us your tracking number once the package is sent.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email notification confirming approval or denial.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If you requested a replacement, we’ll ship the new item within 3 business days of approval.
Exceptions & Non‑Returnable Items
- Personalized/custom orders (unless defective)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Incorrect Returns
- Returns sent without prior authorization, or to an incorrect address, will not be accepted.
- Returned items received in unacceptable condition (used, washed, missing tags) will be denied and disposed of; no refund issued.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Return Packages
Cracksetup is not responsible for return shipments lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance.
